Samsung launches new sound-bar in Korean market

Samsung Electronics established its Audio Lab way back in California USA in 2013 by gathering all the experts in the industry and since then it has been working hard to experiment and realize the best sound, creating an optimal synergy in Bagan.

Samsung Electronics has recently launched two types of soundbars for its Smart TVs in the domestic market. The products are designed to emphasize a clean and luxurious feel by one has never experienced before.

The Vice President of the visual display business, Samsung Electronics ‘ll-Kyung Seong’ said. ” The number of consumers who value the sound experience as much as the quality of TV when enjoying home entertainment is increasing. We will achieve first place for the year in a row.”

Samsung said that it has released these products are the top model ‘Q series’  HW-Q990B and the ‘super-slim soundbar’ HW-S800B with the ultra-slim design. further said they will introduce more than 13 new models in the domestic market in the first half of the year 2022, which will include the Q series and a super slim soundbar.

Price:

  • 1.89 million won for HW- Q990B. (Factory price).
  • 899,000 won for HW-S800B. (Factory price).

The Q series HW-Q990B provides 3D surround sound by applying an 11.1.4 channel speaker featured by ‘Dolby Atmos’ and improved ‘Q-Symphony’ functions as compared to its previous models.

Experiencing Samsung Neo QLED 8K TV (QN900B SERIES ), the bars utilize up to 22 channels (16 channels of soundbar+6 channels of TV) of speakers to realize an overwhelming 3D stereophonic sound that has never been heard before.

Talking about the super slim soundbar has two top speakers on the left and right side and implements 3.1.2 channels to experience the powerful surround sound. The super-slim sound of HW-S800B features an Ultra-slim design of 38mm in height and 40mm in thickness and looks perfect with premium TVs.

What is Q Symphony technology?

Q Symphony is Samsung’s proprietary technology that provides enriching and optimal surround sound by using the speakers installed on both devices at the same time when the TV and soundbar are synchronized together. When compared to the previous technology which only uses some speakers of the TV, in the new TV all the speakers are synchronized which realizes the reacher sound quality.

In addition, the speaker has a built-in function to connect the soundbar to the Samsung TV, connecting it through wifi without the need for a separate HDMI cable, so the user can enjoy the Dolby Atmos 3D spatial sound wirelessly. This space fit TV is also installed with the Auto EQ function.

Samsung announced its AI influencer SAM will participate in the BGS (Brazil Game Show) 2024. BGS is the largest videogame event in Latin America. The event this set to take place from October 9th to 13th in São Paulo, Brazil.

SAM will be available for visitors letting them interact with it through various activities and actions. Adding to this, the AI influencer will be present in various modalities at the Samsung booth during the fair.

At the Watch Out game, SAM will compete alongside gamers. Developed with machine learning technology, Samsung’s Watch Out uses advanced artificial intelligence to work with intelligent agents trained to simulate SAM’s actions in real-time.
