[India too] Samsung releases February 2022 security update for Galaxy Tab S8

Samsung is rolling out February 2022 Android security patch update for the Galaxy Tab S8 smartphone users in India. This update brings fixes for 60 vulnerabilities and exploits as well as improves system security and stability.

At the same time, it also installs 12 stock app upgrades to provide you with seamless performance and enhance users’ experience.

Last month, Samsung officially introduced its new tablet series – Galaxy Tab S8. The devices come with various new functionalities as well as the latest Android 12-based One UI Tab 4  software system.

Currently, the tablets are getting a new software update in North America. This update installs the February 2022 Android security patch for better system security and stability. In addition, it protects your device from bugs and viruses in order to enhance users’ experience.

Moreover, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 February 2022 update fixes 60 vulnerabilities and exploits including 2 critical, 29 high, and 15 moderate levels of CVEs and SVEs from Samsung and Google, and provides you with seamless performance with the added new configuration.

This update is rolling out to all three models, such as Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab+, and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. The below-mentioned are the updated version of the devices.

  • Galaxy Tab S8: X700XXU1AVC5
  • Galaxy Tab S8+: X800XXU1AVC5
  • Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra: X900XXU1AVC5

It should be mentioned that this update is currently only rolling out for Canada users, however, it will reach others in the coming days or weeks.
