Samsung begin employees introductory training program 2022

Samsung Electronics is inspired by what people want to achieve in their lives and is working to create products that strengthen power in new ways. This stimulates innovation in the company, in recent development Samsung Electronics announces the provision of an introductory training program, for the new employees of the partner company.

Meanwhile, the following Samsung employees introductory training program is running for the last 10 years, and the year 2022 program will be scheduled from 14 to 18 March 2022. Samsung to conduct the first course of ‘Introductory Training for new employees of partner companies.

As per the information, this year’s training program will be scheduled for 74 new employees for 15 1st and 2nd tier suppliers. Meanwhile, the company is planning to run a total of 4 courses regarding the training session.

In addition, the number of participants in this upcoming program is around 2,257 from 178 companies. Earlier this year, Samsung implemented ‘Win-Win Cooperation Academy’, a training center dedicated to partner companies, using ‘GetTown’, a metaverse platform, to enhance the sense of the reality of online education. The training is conducted in the ‘Cooperation Town’.

Samsung new 2022 employees training curriculum is a five-day program that includes

  • Correct job outlook
  • Communication and collaboration
  • Understanding business management
  • Wise working life
  • Vision/lifestyle design
  • Special lectures

However, the special lecture for this education will be led by Professor Kwak Su-Geun of Seoul National University. Meanwhile, the 5 days training program on the 14th March, the first course of ‘2022 partner company new employee introductory training’ is being held online at Samsung Electronics’ ‘Win-Win Cooperation Academy’ in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do.
