As per the information the new update doesn’t include any changes, removed, or deprecated as well as any breaking changes. But just like any other update, it may add some general improvement, it will fix all your issues like lagging, bugs, and functionality
However, the update for the Samsung Contacts app is currently spreading slowly and you can check to see if the app on your phone has received the update. You can install this latest release by checking the built number which is 13.0.05.30 and an installation weight of approximately 27.85 MB.
To install the latest update for the Samsung Contacts app:
- Open the Galaxy Store
- Select the menu icon in the upper left corner
- Click Update
- From here, you can update one at a time by tapping the circular arrow next to individual apps
- Or clicking Update All to install all available updates
