Samsung GOS reportedly reducing 10,000 apps performance
Smartphones launched in recent days feature high-performance chipsets and thriller features to render graphics smoothly. Likewise, Samsung has also introduced the new normal Galaxy S22 series of smartphones but some of its consumers are not completely satisfied with its gaming performance.
The Galaxy S22 isn’t wondering a good performance to users while playing games. It concluded that there’s more to it than the poor performance of the Exynos 2200 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.

According to the information, a famous tipster share list of thousands of apps that are part of the Samsung Game Optimizing Service, games are subject to “performance limits”. The list includes very popular apps like Instagram, Netflix, TikTok, and even some Google apps.
Samsung also included some of its own apps including Pay, Secure Folder, and others. It is not surprising to hear that reference programs like 3DMark, Antutu, PCMark, GFXBench, and GeekBench 5 are not listed here.
This indicates that Samsung does not allow measurement software to be accelerated. Korean YouTubers have gone so far as to change the 3DMark package name to reflect the Genshin impact. The renamed package achieved a significantly lower reference rating and average frame rate.
