Samsung to launch Mercedes and Mark & Lona limited edition Galaxy S22 Ultra
Samsung offers a number of customization options for its latest Galaxy S22 series flagship smartphones. The company also has some unique colorways on offer in its online store. In addition to those unique colors, Samsung is also releasing a limited edition of its latest smartphone.
Recently, a tipster revealed that the Galaxy S22 Ultra will also come in two limited edition variants in partnership with premium fashion and affiliate brand Mark & Lona and car maker Mercedes.
Galaxy S22 Ultra Mercedes, Mark & Lona Limited Edition
The Mark & Lona is popular among golfers and Samsung is focusing on it with this limited edition Galaxy S22 Ultra. The customized package comes with a golf ball marker, Mark & Lona logo keychain, boxy purse, colorful protective case and strap. The package gets a phone and add-on accessories with a black cradle with a yellow finish.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra, Mercedes-EQ Edition, at the same time, comes in a tough toolbox-like packaging. This will once again hold the keychain, the protective case and a few other unique items such as a card case and paperweight, all with the Mercedes logo.
The Samsung Galaxy S22 series, especially the Galaxy S22 Ultra, is expected to be the smartphone to beat this year. The company is very hopeful that this phone will do well in the market. And it leaves no stone unturned to make sure the talk around the new S Pen flagship never ends.
The South Korean brand’s latest move to keep the Galaxy S22 Ultra in the news is a limited-edition partnership with Mercedes and Mark & Lona. Considering this, Vanilla Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ do not get this special treatment.
However, it is not clear when the Galaxy S22 Ultra Mercedes and Mark & Lona Limited Edition will go on sale. We also have no information about the price and availability of these two variants.

Samsung pulls SmartThings update after breaking many S10, Note10
Samsung’s recent SmartThings update broke many Galaxy S10 and Note10 devices. Following the reports, the company pulled the update and apologized to consumers. A new release is also reportedly released through Galaxy Store.
Isn’t it too late?
The glitchy SmartThings update led many Galaxy users to lose their data for no reason. As soon as users installed the SmartThings update, their phone was stuck in the boot loop. There’s no solution but to factory reset the device through Recovery.
Samsung acknowledges the recent SmartThings update affected some Galaxy phones running Android 12. We have recently reported problems appearing on Galaxy phones such as the Galaxy S10 and Note 10 series.
Samsung revealed that it had stopped updating the SmartThings as soon as it became aware of the issue and working on a solution “as a matter of urgency.” If you have experienced any inconvenience, please contact your nearest service center.
Some Galaxy smartphones running Android 12-based One UI operating system, such as the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy S10 series, have experienced a repeated boot error when updating to the latest version of the SmartThings app.
If you have an idea of factory reset through Recovery, you don’t need to visit the service center. Be aware that you would need to log in with the same Google Account that you were using before factory resetting the device.
Manual data wipe puts Google’s FRP lock for security purposes. In case you don’t have access to credentials, a service center visit is necessary. Samsung may have notified their repair partners to assist you nicely with seamless repairs.
🚨 Heads up, Galaxy users!
Some Samsung devices on Android 12 (like Note 10, S10 series) are facing boot issues after SmartThings app update.
