Galaxy fans are aware of the alternative version of Android called Android 12L. This is the Android version that is best suited for Power Tablets and Foldable Phones. According to information, Samsung has confirmed that Android 12L is coming to the Galaxy Tab S8 series.

However, the company is still working on improving its software. Recently, it released the official beta for the Lenovo 12P Pro, but we do not know much about what has been fixed.

The launch of the end of Android 12L should not be too far away and modern tablets and foldables will get it soon. One of those tablets is the Galaxy Tab S8. Samsung plans to bring 9To5Google, that Android 12L to its latest tablet.

Placing Android 12L on the Galaxy Tab S8 is a good idea because you are not going to do better than the Galaxy Tab in terms of Android tablets. These tablets draw their power from top-of-the-line features and close ecosystems. Android only pushed them back. If these tablets have better tablet-based software, it will enhance the overall experience.

What Android 12L means is a quick refresher

This version of Android is designed to be compatible with tablets and foldable phones. The overall attractiveness of Android 12L is similar to Android 12. You still get great bubbly UI elements and content you designed. There are only a few design options that are well suited for larger screens.

For the intial, the notification shade is divided into two columns that best fit the landscape orientation. Your quick settings on the one hand and media controls on the other hand are your notifications.

At the bottom of the screen is an app dock that reminds you of a dock in Chrome OS. For now, the app dock will remain the same when you open the app, which some may not like.

The multitasking view also received a makeover. Apps are built on a grid model and the latest app is bigger than the rest. Below is a screenshot and options to choose from, you will also see a split-screen button.

By the time it lands on the Galaxy Tab S8, Android 12L will have more chances. Nothing can be said about when the Galaxy Tab S8 will actually get the platform. Samsung says there is no definitive roadmap at the moment.
