The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is Samsung’s third-generation foldable smartphone. Following its launch, this flagship Galaxy foldable became popular among consumers worldwide. With the Fold 3, the company debuted improved ultra-thin glass as part of offering a better experience.

Meanwhile, it looks like the pre-installed screen protector of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 has some severe manufacturing defects, which occurs bubbles on the panel. According to tipster Ishan Agarwal, the Galaxy Z Fold 3’s pre-installed screen protector is bubbling at the crease.

As you can see in the image above (source), the pre-installed screen protector of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 has left the panel from the top side crease. This haunting issue is very disappointing on a $2000 smartphone and enough to badly affect Samsung’s reputation among fans having the Fold 3 or Flip 3.

Following this, the Indian consumer reached out to the company’s service center to get his phone repaired under warranty. Though, the Samsung officials denied repairing the Galaxy Z Fold 3’s bubbly screen under warranty saying it self-generated defect.

In addition to this, the same source further said that Samsung installed a new screen protector for the consumers in South Korea and the US. However, the after-sales service support for Indian fans seems really disgusting as they are denying to solve such manufacturing defect on a $2000 phone.

Well, Samsung India replied to the Twitter post of Ishan Agarwal sharing the concern through DM. The company has acknowledged the consumer’s report and further informed him that they’ve forwarded it to the relevant department and will get in touch to assist.
