Samsung Galaxy S10 gets Android 12 One UI 4.0 update in Korea, Brazil, Philippines [U]
Samsung is expanding the Android 12 based One UI 4.0 update for the famous Galaxy S10 smartphones in Brazil and the Philippines. The update comes with a whole new UI, several new features, improvements, as well as the latest security patch for better system performance.
You can download this software update by visiting the Settings. From here tap on System updates > and then click on Download and Install. Wait for the phone to check for available updates, finally, tap on Download now and bring it to your phone.

Weeks ago, Samsung has started releasing the Android 12 based One UI 4.0 update for its famous Galaxy S10 series smartphones. The update has already reached several users in different countries. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S10 Android 12 update is rolling out in South Korean markets.
Alongside adding several new features and changes that the Android 12 based One UI 4.0 software system brings with it, the latest update also installs the December 2021 Android security patch for better system security and stability.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 Android 12 update comes with the following One UI versions:
- G973NKSU7GULB – Galaxy S10

Samsung One UI 4.0 brings a wide array of new features and enhancements to your Galaxy device. It is more intuitive, more fun, more secure, and easier than ever. You can now customize your phone with unique colors based on your wallpaper that will be applied on menus, buttons, backgrounds, and apps.
It brings a resizable picture-in-picture feature. If a floating window is getting in the way, pinch your fingers together to make it smaller. In addition, for easier multitasking, you can pin the window options menu to the top of the window to make it easier to access. Samsung has acknowledged the Quick Panel issue in its latest One UI 6.1 update that is affecting users. The issue unexpectedly activates the quick panel when users interact with notifications or try to access detailed views. This problem has been a cause of inconvenience for many Galaxy users.
The tech giant has assured its users that a fix is in the works. A community moderator said the company apologizes for the inconvenience caused by this bug and has promised to deliver a software update to resolve the Quick panel issue on One UI 6.1 devices.
Samsung has not provided a specific timeline for the update but suggested keeping devices up-to-date to benefit from the latest software advancements. The upcoming update is expected to resolve the Quick Panel issue.

Samsung has pushed an April 2024 security update for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus, and Galaxy S22 Ultra smartphones in Korea. This update enhances system security and stability as well as adds new features for a better user experience.
April 2024 security update for the Galaxy S22 series in Korea brings Mobile ID support for the Samsung Wallet app. Through this update, users can save and use their government-issued mobile driver’s license and national veterans registration card on their phones.
However, only IC cards with a mobile ID icon can be added. Users can use it anywhere just like your real ID. In addition, the update also applies the Google security patch to enhance the performance

Users will have to download a 420MB package to install the update. To install the update, need to navigate to Settings >> Software Updates >> Download and install.
