Samsung Always On Display

Always On Display is an old yet useful feature for those people who don’t like to unlock their phones just to check the time, date, notifications, missed calls, battery level, and other information. It’s also remarkable for those who like to customize their phone in distinct ways and want their phone’s lock screen to look different.

With the Samsung One UI, you can do even more with AOD. The company provides a variety of clocks and designs, you can choose colors and wallpapers or can even select a picture from the gallery to put on your Always On Display screen.

Besides the basics, Galaxy users can experience various widgets on the AOD screen by double-tapping the clock area, can easily play music on the off-screen, or check schedules and alarms. You can also pin text and images that you want to remember every time.

Unfortunately, not every smartphone user can take advantage of this wonderful feature. The companies only provide the Always On Display on the devices that features AMOLED and Super AMOLED screen as they consume less battery.

Many of you might have known the AOD feature and have used it before on your Galaxy device. But some people do not even know whether their phone supports it or not. They must be glad to know that we have created a list of Samsung Galaxy smartphones that supports Always On Display.

The devices of Google’s next flagship lineup have been in talks for months and the design of the standard Google Pixel 9 has recently been leaked through 5K renders and 360-degree video. Notably, the Pixel 9 series is expected to come with substantial improvements, while the Pixel XL is also making a comeback.

Recently, OnLeaks in collaboration with 91Mobiles has shared renders of the Google Pixel 9 that show sleek and small design. As per the details, the design of the standard Pixel 9 smartphone seems to be identical to what we have seen in Pixel 9 Pro renders, with a compact body and thick camera module.

The smartphone looks compact with a boxy design, flat frame, centre-aligned punch-hole cutout display, and curved corners. The big difference Pixel 9 renders show is the dual camera setup, yes, this device has just two cameras, whereas the previously leaked Pixel 9 Pro and other Pixel 9 offers three.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9

Earlier we heard that the South Korean tech giant is planning to use an Exynos chipset for this year’s clamshell device the Galaxy Z Flip 6. Meanwhile, a recent report suggests that Samsung’s devotion to Exynos could also be seen in the upcoming tablet lineup – Galaxy Tab S10.

According to the information, the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 series is being considered for dual deployment with Exynos. Samsung usually launches its S series phones in two SoC variants depending on markets, and in 2024, this same strategy seems to be applied to all flagship Galaxy models.

As a source states, the Galaxy S Series, Galaxy Z Series, and Galaxy Tab Series released in 2024 appear to have a basic direction of Exynos and Snap dualization. Similar to the Galaxy Z Flip 6, Samsung seems to be actively considering dualization through Exynos for the Galaxy Tab S10 lineup.

Samsung’s commitment to Exynos processors is evident not only in their smartphones but also in other Galaxy products including Tablets. Simultaneously, the consistent use of Exynos chips in its devices shows Samsung’s dedication to its in-house technology.

This dualization of Exynos and Snapdragon will further allow the South Korean tech giant to have more control over the hardware and software integration, resulting in optimized performance and an enhanced user experience.
