- Notification section is useless space available, the multi-SIM info area is unnecessarily large and can be easily moved up (when device control buttons are disabled) to accommodate 3 rows of useful buttons.
- This change is completely unnecessary and very annoying as it was already one-hand friendly before the update. To accommodate more icons need to turn off multi sim info which actually used from time to time.

If you’re using an older Galaxy phone or a Samsung wearable and have noticed that the Samsung Health app keeps crashing, you’re not alone. This issue affects some Galaxy phones released before 2024 and older Samsung wearables.
Samsung has officially confirmed that the Samsung Health app is crashing on some pre-2024 Galaxy devices. The issue usually happens when the app tries to sync data between your phone and wearable, which causes the app to close unexpectedly.
The wearables that are most affected by this issue include the Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport, Gear Fit 2, Gear Fit 2 Pro, and IconX 2018. Users have reported that the app crashes when syncing data from these devices with the Samsung Health app, mainly after updating to version v6.29.1.011.
Samsung is aware of the issue and is working on a solution. The company plans to release a new version of the Samsung Health app that will fix this problem.
By updating the app to the latest version available, the Samsung Health crashing issue can be fixed. The update is expected to improve the synchronization process and stop the app from crashing.

Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro users face charging issue with one earbud

Many Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro owners are reporting a frustrating issue that one earbud is not charging when placed in the case. This issue has been reported by several people over the last few months, even though Samsung had previously worked to fix quality control problems.
Previously, Samsung had stopped shipments to address some issues but it seems like some earbuds are still experiencing charging failures. Users have shared their issues online, trying different methods to fix the problem.
Users have attempted some common solutions, including resetting the earbuds, restarting their devices, checking for debris, and ensuring the charging case itself is powered. However, for many, these steps have not resolved the problem. Some users have even noted burn marks near the charging pins, indicating a serious issue.
Fortunately, some users have suggested temporary fixes. One Reddit user found that holding the earbud close to the charging case can sometimes make it charge. They had to do this multiple times, but eventually, the LED light showed that charging had started.
Another user has recommended checking the connectors in the charging case. By carefully adjusting any misaligned connectors with a small screwdriver, they managed to get their earbud charging again.
Aside from this, Samsung recently released a firmware update for the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. This update is small and mainly meant to improve stability, but it has not solved the charging issues many users are still facing.
It is expected that Samsung will soon fix the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro issue. Stay tuned for more information.

What’s wrong with the Now Bar in One UI 7?

Now Bar is one of the most highlighting updates in One UI 7. Samsung has deployed the feature with the very first beta version of the software. The music activity has a weird sizing issue in the One UI 7 Now Bar function.
One UI 7.0 has added a graphically rich live activity pill to the lock screen. The UI showcases real-time updates from several compatible apps and services. The music app activities are ruining the experience due to an odd sizing bug.
Music activity on the Now Bar seems to be affecting the lock screen shortcuts. The activity pill sometimes stretches to the left and right shortcuts on the lock screen, and the bug also enlarges the icons of lock screen shortcuts.
It doesn’t affect the usability and controls, but indeed a user interface glitch. When spotted, we’ve tried to make the problem resurface with different attempts. While testing, we’ve noticed that the entire system is affected due to the Music app.
Now Bar pills appear in slidable pagination style on the lock screen. It happens when more than one live activity is running. When the Music app is running, other Now Bar activities are getting affected by the sizing issue.

Music app together with Timer caused the lock screen shortcuts to become larger surrounding the Now Bar. The UI pill has also extended from its dedicated area to reach the side shortcuts, affecting the overall visibility of the lock screen.
The problem has been found in the latest version of One UI 7 Beta. Samsung is unlikely to release the fourth Beta update for Galaxy S24 users. The issue is most likely to be addressed in the Stable build of One UI 7, powered by Android 15.
Samsung is expected to release Stable One UI 7 update by February 7. Here’s more on the release date and eligible devices –
