Even though the Android operating system is effortless to operate, most people mainly aged ones find it complicated to use. For such people, Samsung Easy Mode is a perfect option. In this article, we’ll see how to enable Easy Mode in Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3.

So what is an easy mode? As the name suggests, the feature simplifies the user interface of a smartphone. Specifically, it is a launcher for older people or people with low eye-sight and enables features exclusively designed for them.

When turned on, it magnifies the screen’s resolution, which makes everything appear bigger including app icons, text in all applications, contact pictures, etc. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 Easy Mode further replaces the standard home screen with a modified and simpler version housing four apps in each row.

The basic function of all the features and apps remains the same in Easy Mode. Easy Mode doesn’t mean you can’t add new widgets or apps to the home screen, you can add them as you did in the standard mode. You get your own notifications, calls, the ability to multitask, and so on.

How to enable Easy Mode in Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3:

  • Go to the Settings.
  • Tap on Display.
  • Now, click on Easy mode.
  • Tap the toggle to enable this feature. The following options appear:
    • Touch and hold delay: Set how long it takes for a continuous touch to be recognized as touch and hold.
    • High contrast keyboard: Choose a keyboard with high contrast colors.
