Samsung Electronics will unveil new monitors at CES 2022 in Las Vegas, the USA from the 5th to the 7th this year. Representative products Gaming monitors ‘Odyssey Neo G8‘, ‘Smart Monitor M8’ with a dedicated camera, ‘High-Resolution Monitor S8’ for graphic work.
Odyssey Neo G8
The Odyssey Neo G8, which will be unveiled by Samsung at CES 2022, is a 32-inch size, 4K resolution (3,840 x 2,160), inclined design with an inclination of 1000R and a ‘Quantum Mini LED’ applicable product.
Similar to the Odyssey Neo G9, this product uses a ‘Quantum Mini LED’ that is reduced to 1/40 compared to existing LEDs, which is a light source and supports Samsung’s proprietary image quality control technology ‘Quantum Matrix’. And a maximum brightness of 2,000 nits. It is equipped with ‘Quantum HDR 2000’.

Smart Monitor M8
Samsung Electronics also introduces the 32-inch M8 2022 UHD Smart Monitor. Smart Monitor is creating a new concept display and new screen market with Smart Hub that allows you to easily enjoy various OTT services as well as document creation without a dedicated PC or TV connection.
The 2022 Smart Monitor M8 features comfort functions and a slimmer design that is one step ahead of the existing product. First, a separate video camera that can be easily attached and detached by the magnetic method is provided separately and standardizes a video solution app like Google Duo so that users can connect to home and teleconference. Make it easy to work at home and in the office.
The 2022 model is also new in smart monitor design for the year. The ultra-slim design of 11.4mm, which is 1/3 thinner than the previous one, allows for efficient space usage and the warm white color with a soft feel fits well with any space.
High-resolution monitor S8
Samsung Electronics is unveiling the new high-resolution monitor S8, optimized for creators and designers who work long hours on graphics.
Samsung Electronics’ high-resolution monitor S8 (32-inch, 27-inch) is the world’s first glare-free monitor by UL (Underwriters Laboratories). The new monitors introduced at CES will be launched in global markets, including Korea, in the first half of this year.
Here’s when Samsung will start Stable Android 13 One UI 5.0 update rollout
On August 15, Google released the Android 13 update for Pixel devices, while Samsung started the One UI 5.0 Beta testing program for the Galaxy devices earlier this month. Google confirmed that the stable Android 13 update coming to your Galaxy devices “later this year.”
Samsung will surely start bringing the Android 13 update as One UI 5.0 to some eligible Galaxy devices later this year. Meanwhile, the company has already showcased most of the new features of this major upgrade including stackable widgets, more Color Palettes, optional call backgrounds for each contact, and much more.
Samsung Android 13 Release Date?
As always, Samsung has not shared the release date of the Galaxy Android 13 update. Well, we can accurately speculate when will Samsung release the One UI 5.0 update atop the Android 13 OS for the qualified Galaxy devices, thanks to records of past rollouts.
Let’s have a look at the recent past:
On October 4, 2021, the US tech giant seeded the Android 12 update for Pixel devices and Samsung bring it to the Galaxy devices as One UI 4.0 in mid-November. Well, the OEM was not able to run the rollout seamlessly as bugs and issues forced it to stop update delivery, which later on resumed in December.
Aside from this, the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 update took nearly three months to start rolling out for the flagship Samsung devices after the official debut of the base OS version. Seeing the big development with Android 12, we can expect that the company will start providing Android 13 to its flagships starting October this year.
Similar to previous rollouts, the South Korean tech giant will first upgrade its flagship Galaxy smartphones and then tablets. Later on, the company will gradually push the One UI 5.0 update to mid-range and budget phones in different markets globally.
Samsung Android 13 Eligible Devices
As of now, the Galaxy S22 series is just officially confirmed for the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update. Aside from this, Samsung has not said anything about the Android 13 update distribution to other Galaxies, however, a number of phones and tablets are already confirmed to get One UI 5.0.

Samsung opens first Bespoke Home flagship store in Mexico
Samsung has opened its first Bespoke Home flagship store in Mexico City in Latin America. The stop is located at Centro Comercial Perisur, which is a large shopping mall visited by around 2 million people every month.
Samsung Bespoke Home flagship store offers a variety of Bespoke products including refrigerators, dishwashers, microwave ovens, washers, dryers, cleaners, and others in one place. Now customers will not have to go to different shops to purchase different home appliances.
This shop also includes Home life services through the SmartThings integration, as well as a special panel in collaboration with local well-known artists such as Juan Latapi and El Cha.
Furthermore, Samsung invited local media, influencers, and interior designers on October 3, 2022, to spread the launch information of its Bespoke flagship store and get more reach to the people in Mexico City.
