Samsung Health app is a great tool for fitness, fitness trackers, with information on workouts plus videos. But the company is likely to shut down some of its health-related content in the app, according to new reports.

According to the latest info, Samsung has removed the Fitness category from the Samsung Health app. This also means that content from creators like 300FIT, BodyBuilding.com, Echelon, Keep, and Skimble has now disappeared. The company has reportedly removed the eligibility category for South Korean users only.

On this, a user went to the Samsung Membersforum to learn more about this removal. The moderator confirmed the development but could not explain why. The president went on to recommend users to follow the creators’ dedicated YouTube channels to stay informed about their content.

Samsung previously removed weight tracking feature from Health app

SamMobile states that the Fitness section currently comes from Samsung Health version 6.19.6.009, so this may be the removal of the categories. This is not the first time the company has made some changes to the Health app. Last year, Samsung removed food, caffeine, and weight-tracking features from its application.

Removal of some features from Samsung Health may indicate damage to users of the Galaxy Watch 4 company. Last month, the company made significant changes in the data view of the Health app by adjusting the way the Progressive Heart graph is displayed. Some users have thought that this is done to hide the disadvantages of the smartwatch, although this claim is currently not valid.
