One UI 4 Beta program is an opportunity for Samsung consumers that lets them taste the flavor (download) of all the upcoming features and changes of the latest Android generation-based custom skin ahead of its stable release for Galaxy devices.
This year, Samsung is going to conduct the Android 12 Beta activity sometime in late August or early September in which the Galaxy S21 series devices will be the first to be invited, followed by Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy S20, and other expensive devices.

Note: The banner will appear when One UI 4.0 Beta is available in your region.
Update the software
On your device, select “Settings > Software update > Download and install”. The beta software is installed.
Note: Once your account gets approved, you will be able to download the Samsung One UI 4.0 Beta.
You can help improve the Galaxy software stability by reporting issues you encounter while using the beta software when you have enrolled in the One UI Beta Program.
In order to provide feedback on errors or bugs in beta software, select “Beta feedback > Send feedback” in the Samsung Members application.
Making UX Suggestions
You can experience the new UX and contribute to the Galaxy user experience through the community, such as by providing suggestions.

One UI 4.0 Beta Availability
As of now, it is not possible to tell any specific date or timeline regarding the company’s Android 12-based One UI 4.0 Beta testing program. However, I’m sure that Samsung is rapidly working to open a Beta window earlier than last year as it canceled the 3.5 version of the One UI.
