WhatsApp bringing new Ban Review feature for Android with improved restoration process
WhatsApp Ban Review Feature: Just recently, WhatsApp beta 2.21.18.5 brings new features of WhatsApp updates to allow you to send WhatsApp messages directly via the app interface. Users can mention specific reasons or activities that would cause such a ban to be disclosed.
While using the WhatsApp app, you may be blocked for a variety of reasons and some activities may be subject to spam. However, if you stay positive on this platform and are blocked for unknown reasons, the app will be able to recover your blocked account.
Once blocked, the app will show you a message such as “This account is not allowed to use WhatsApp due to spam, conversations are still on this device”. Below the same screen, you will now have the option “Request an update”.

When you tap ‘Request Review’ you will find the main window, where you need to fill in any details you want to include in your update. However, it is an optional setting, it is recommended to do so as it can help the chat app developer to better assess the whole situation.

When the update is complete, you will see two messages including Successful and Failed:
A window will greet you with a message that your account has been restored and the WhatsApp system will flag your account by accident. After that, you can sign in to your account again after signing in confirmation.
If it fails, WhatsApp will notify you that your account cannot continue using this application. It will show “We have completed our review and found that this account activity violates WhatsApp’s terms of service”. Therefore, you will need to register a new account to use WhatsApp.
WhatsApp is currently testing the blockchain update feature under beta testing and testers registered under the beta test program will only be able to find this feature on their devices. However, it will be available soon to all WhatsApp users. You can wait for this latest update of WhatsApp Beta via Google Play Store in your registered account.
