WhatsApp recently released a new version of beta 2.21.18.1 which comes with a significant change in the user interface. The changes are related to the new colors and now, the UI is brighter and looks better than the existing one.

According to  Wabetainfo, new WhatsApp colors can be seen on the chat screen with different chat bubbles. These new colors appear in both black mode and non-black mode. Also, the sending and status of the app show the new color scheme.

Specifically, the new version of WhatsApp has an important change in the status bar, which is lighter in color than the previous one. Additionally, new colors contribute to status updates, chat room backgrounds may appear darker, new thumbnails, and more.

WhatsApp New Payments Chat Shortcut for Quick Payments

WhatsApp Payments feature has been available for some time now. It enables users to send and receive money in their WhatsApp conversations. The feature is available in selected markets. Users just have to add their bank account once in order to send and receive money through the app.

When users previously want to pay, they will have to open a chat action sheet to find the right option. WhatsApp will now give users a faster way to make payments. It has become apparent in the recent development of WhatsApp for Android beta that the payment shortcut has been added directly to the chat bar.
