WhatsApp is one of the most popular messaging apps in the world. It is very popular for its simplicity and useful features like WhatsApp Web. However, it poses a great challenge for those moving from iOS to Android. There is no official way to transfer WhatsApp from iPhone to Android.
If the user switches from iOS to Android, then it is not possible to get back chats from iCloud on WhatsApp for Android. At the same time, the user can’t move the chats after turning to iOS as it’s not possible to restore the backup from Google Drive to WhatsApp for iOS.
Recently, WABetaInfo has seen a new feature “Switch to Android” on WhatsApp for iOS. The feature is currently under development. The screenshots show how this feature will work. The process may involve connecting the iPhone to a PC via a data cable. The user is told to keep WhatsApp open and iPhone unlocked while the transfer takes place.
Thank you @xdadevelopers for your recent discovery about the "Switch to Android" app, to migrate WhatsApp chat history from iOS to Android. 🤩

Switch from iOS to Android using WhatsApp Switch to Android Feature
You can easily transfer the backup of your WhatsApp conversations between devices running on the same platform. All chat history moves easily from one iPhone to another and one Samsung Galaxy device to another, for example. It is not possible to move chat history between different platforms, however.
This WhatsApp ‘Switch to Android’ feature for transfer from iPhone to Android feature is reported to be available for beta testers soon. That’s when we can expect to find out more about how it actually works. When it finally does arrive, this feature will make life easier for most people.
