Samsung announces $1,000 pledge for every medal won by Canadian Olympic athletes

Standing with Team Canada runners during the Games that have never been seen and inspiring the next generation, “Samsung to Power Olympic Spirit” Samsung Canada is excited to announce a $1,000 promise for every medal won by Canadian Olympic athletes.

The fundraising effort, which will support the Canadian athletics program through the Canadian Olympic Foundation (COF), means that each medal will be more than one win per athlete, but it will invest in the future of the top Canadian sport.
