Here’s your very first look at Samsung’s August 11 Galaxy Unpacked invite

Samsung is yet to finalize the launch date of its upcoming Galaxy device lineup, while it seems confirmed that the Unpacked event will be held on August 11, 2021. Recently, an alleged Samsung Unpacked teaser emerged online that also suggests the same date for the virtual event and reconfirms the rumored product arrival.
Now, according to the latest news, the first glimpse of the event’s invite video has appeared online, courtesy of MySmartPrice. The leaked video clip shows a horizon-like structure that gradually changes into a silhouette, which looks like a foldable device is getting unfolded.

Adding to this, the report also claims that this invite video will be accompanied by the event’s tagline, “Get Ready to Unfold”. Furthermore, the Korean tech giant will hold its next virtual Unpacked event on August 11 at 2 PM GMT (10 AM EST / 7.30 PM IST).
As we are in mid-July and Samsung is expected to announce the event timeline on official social media handles through teasers anytime. According to the info, the event will introduce Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy Buds 2, Galaxy Watch 4, and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic.

Samsung Galaxy A05s design and specs revealed on Google’s Play Console

Samsung will soon introduce two entry-level smartphones under its Galaxy A portfolio. Ahead of the launch, Google Play Console listed the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A05s, revealing its design (front & back) along with some of its key specs.
According to the info, Samsung Galaxy A05s will sport a screen with 1080×2400 resolution, Android 13 on board, Snapdragon 680 SoC under the hood, and 6GB of RAM. It’s possible that there will be different internal storage variants for consumers.

Earlier, it was reported that Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A05s comes with a 6.6-inch display, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and a 4,000 mAh battery with support for 25W fast wired charging. As it’s an entry-level phone, it has thick bezels and a chin, while keeping the company’s signature design language.

Google confirms Galaxy S23 FE coming in two SoC variants

Google Play Console database confirmed that Samsung’s Galaxy S23 FE will be available in two SoC variants. The company is about to introduce a handful of new Fan Edition products including a smartphone, two tablets, and a pair of wireless earbuds.
In a recent development, Samsung’s Galaxy S23 FE surfaced on the Google Play Console database, which not only confirmed that two SoC variants are coming but an image of the phone also got shared. The device will have Exynos 2200 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chips, based on market/region.

In addition, the S23 Fan Edition will bring 8GB of RAM, well, at least one of its variants will. It’s easily possible this will be the only RAM variant, though. Android 13 is also confirmed, while One UI 5.1 will be included on top of it as well as eligibility of 4 OS plus 5 years of security updates.

OnePlus will launch its first foldable smartphone – the OnePlus Open on October 19. A reliable source revealed the launch date, following OnePlus’ announcement about the “soon” arrival of its first foldable handset.
The upcoming OnePlus Open reportedly features a form factor of OPPO Find N2. After Google’s Pixel Fold, the OnePlus Open will compete with Samsung, which has dominated the international foldable market.
