Samsung’s premium ‘The Serif’ 65-inch smart TV is now official in South Korea

On July 19, Samsung will release a 65-inch lifestyle TV ‘The Serif‘ in the South Korean market. Samsung’s newly introduced 65- inch model to reflect the consumer trend who prefers large screens over the existing 43, 50, and 55-inch screens.

The Serif is a product developed by world-renowned furniture manufacturers Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, and is a product inspired by the book ‘I’ in the serif font.

The Serif, which is considered as a product that blurs the boundaries between furniture and TV, agrees anywhere, and if you do not watch TV, you can enhance the interior effect by using ‘Magical Screen’ content designed by the Buhoullek brothers.

A Samsung Electronics model is introducing a new 65-inch lifestyle TV ‘The Serif’ designed by the famous furniture designers Ronan & Erwan Buhoullek at the Samsung Digital Plaza Hongdae branch.

The company says, the price of The Serif 65 is 2.79 million won based on the factory price.

In addition, if you touch the TV side with a Galaxy smartphone, it is equipped with a ‘Tap View’ function that easily plays content from the smartphone to the TV screen based on the nearest communication technology (NFC) technology, as well as Apple ‘ Airplay2 ‘Has excellent connectivity with mobile devices, such as support services.

Galaxy A16 would be the most selling Samsung phone in 2025. It’s anticipated to lead the Android smartphone market throughout the next year. Ahead of the December debut, the Galaxy A16 design was revealed in leaked renders.

Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy A16 in December this year. As revealed in renders, the device will have three rear cameras, a key island, and an Infinity-U display. The phone continues to flaunt Samsung’s signature design language.

Interestingly, the phone’s left side holds the SIM card slot. At the same time, the right side carries volume buttons and a power key that doubles as a fingerprint scanner. The bezles look fine-tuned while the chin is extremely thick.

The Galaxy A16 could be available in two different chips – Dimensity 6300 (SM-A166P) and Exynos 1330 (SM-A166E) – probably following market needs. It will be powered by a 5000mAh battery, supporting 25W wired charging.

Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra users in South Korea have recently received a major One UI 6.1 (based on One UI 6.1.1) update. Though the exact dates are not clear, One UI 6.1.1 update for the Galaxy S23 series will soon be available in more countries.

According to the information, One UI 6.1.1 is expected to make its way to additional countries within the next week. While the exact timeline for the wider rollout has not yet been disclosed, the update is expected to be available in more countries next week.

One UI 6.1.1 update brings Galaxy AI’s Sketch Conversion for turning drawings into artwork and Portrait Enhancements for improved photo styles. Samsung Keyboard now features text auto-completion, while real-time translation is available for calls and text in images.

Samsung Galaxy M55s could bring a uniquely designed rear panel. Recently, a handful of renders revealed what the upcoming smartphone will look like. The company is swiftly working to introduce the new device for the consumers.

In a recent development, Samsung Galaxy M55s 5G’s renders have been revealed. It boasts a very unique rear design with no less than three different textures. In terms of specs, the device will be almost similar to the Galaxy M55 5G as per Smartprix.

It’s said that the Galaxy M55s will have 8GB of RAM in its base version. It could sport a 6.67-inch sAMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. On the back, it could flaunt a triple rear camera setup (50MP main with OIS, 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro).

Just like the Galaxy M55 5G, the M55s should get a 50MP selfie camera. It would also support 45W wired fast charging for its 5000mAh battery. Under the hood, it’s confirmed to equip the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset.
