PUBG Mobile 1.5 update arrived with futuristic firearms, vehicles, new battleground, and more
PUBG Mobile receives a major update that brings Tesla Gigafactory to the game’s most popular map – Erangel. The update will begin to be released to players from today and will include some great additions.
PUBG Mobile has teamed up with Tesla to bring the operational Gigafactory to Erangel. It will appear in the mode of the new Mission Ignition game and will allow players to assemble Tesla Model Y into the game. Model Y will support Tesla’s autopilot feature, allowing users to drive on highways on a map using pre-set markers.

In addition, Tesla Semi trucks will also grow randomly on the map, and players will receive goods at their own expense, such as military trucks in Sanhok.
Sewing Mission Ignition
In the new Mission Ignition game mode, six major locations in Erangel will experience technological change. These updated locations will have new buildings, lifts, automatic doors, and other mobile platforms. Erangel will also discover new HyperLines that will connect various cities across the island. Players will be able to use these HyperLines to navigate between locations from time to time.
Adding to this, Erangel will also receive an Air Conveyor system outside of other urban areas. Players will be able to use the app to navigate different locations.
In line with global changes and transportation, the Mission Ignition game mode will feature a new 5.56mm rifle – the ASM Akaban – with an ergonomic grip attachment, brake mask, and drum magazine. In addition, the game mode will include gravity, Tactical Marking Tool, and Riot Shield.
Game mode will come with a new Spawn Island Holographic Display to show you the current game flight mode, player tags, jump tags, and auto-parachute feature.

Beyond what’s new thanks to Mission Ignition, there’s a variety of improvements included that range from security, to features, to system changes, all seemingly for the better. The Royale Pass system also gets a slight overhaul, with rewards offers at a much faster clip.
All around, this is a large patch that will require an extra 686 MB of storage space, and it will be available sometime tomorrow. PUBG Mobile 1.5 IGNITION Miscellaneous Changes
- New MG3 firearm: An LMG that uses 7.62mm rounds. (AirDrop spawn)
- M249 adjustments: M249 will be removed from the Air Drops, and it will spawn across the map in the classic mode.
- Rate of Fire Compensation System: New unified system for firearms with different frame rates to solve the issue of inconsistent rates of fire when the frame rates are different.
- New Glass Windows: Glass windows will be added to some buildings in Erangel and Miramar.
