Over the past two weeks, Samsung had updated several Galaxy devices to the June 2021 security patch. A few days ago, the Galaxy Note 10 series phones had started getting this latest security patch in select markets such as the US, followed by Europe.
Now, the Galaxy Note 10, Galaxy Note 10+, and Galaxy Note 10+ 5G have begun receiving a new software update from Verizon in the US. The major network carrier in the country seeded the June 2021 security patch to its branded Galaxy Note 10 series models.
Samsung’s June 2021 security patch increases the overall system security and stability of the Galaxy Note 10 models by bringing fixes 47 CVEs from Google, 19 SVEs from Samsung, and additional improvements from Verizon.
Previously, Verizon released the May 2021 security patch for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series devices. It also included improvements for the Camera application and One UI 3.1’s Quick Share for enhanced file sharing between Galaxy devices.
