After updating the Galaxy S flagships, Samsung began updating the Galaxy Note range to the June 2021 security patch. Earlier today, the Galaxy Note 10 lineup started getting the latest Android patch, and now, the latest Galaxy Note flagships join the party with June 2021 security patch.

Now, the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra receiving the company’s June 2021 One UI patches with a new software update. Surprisingly, Samsung pushed a broader rollout of this firmware as it spotted in several European countries and the US as well.

Samsung’s June 2021 security patch update is continuously hitting the US unlocked Galaxy Note 20 series on Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, and AT&T carrier, while the international Exynos-powered variants also receiving it across Europe gradually.

Well, we’re still waiting to get the details of Samsung’s June 2021 security patch, and it’s expected to be released anytime. We’ll also update this article when the company publishes this month’s security bulletin. Meanwhile, it’s confirmed that this new patch brings fixes for various CVEs from Samsung and Google.

Apart from this, the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra smartphones are confirmed to get the upcoming One UI version 3.5. Although we can’t confirm the exact release date of the One UI 3.5 update, it will arrive most probably in September this year.

After bringing the One UI 3.5, Samsung will surely begin the Android 12 beta development for its eligible devices in October this year and the Galaxy Note 20 series is on the 2nd spot on the company’s One UI 4.0 Beta eligible schedule. After that, a stable One UI 4.0 build is expected to come later this year for Galaxy flagships.
