Samsung Galaxy F52 5G coming to more countries, suggests Bluetooth SIG
Surprisingly! Samsung launched its first F series 5G phone called the Galaxy F52 5G in China a few days ago. The reason behind the market selection is not clear, but it indicates that the company is still trying to gain its share in the Chinese market even after consumers’ negligible response.
Now, it looks like the South Korean tech giant is preparing to introduce the Galaxy F52 5G to more regions and countries, most probably in India, as this smartphone has been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG database. The certification shows that the device features Bluetooth 5.0 support, the same as Chinese variant.
Other than this, the Bluetooth SIG certification didn’t reveal any other specs of the Galaxy F52 5G, but it’s likely to come with the same hardware and software functionalities. At the same time, we can expect different memory variants, while the company only shipping the 8GB RAM and 128GB version in China.
According to Samsung China, the Galaxy F52 5G equipped with a quad rear camera setup including a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, and two 2MP sensors, plus, it has a 16MP corner punch-hole camera for selfies. On the front, it has a 6.6-inch FHD+ (1080×2408) TFT display with a massive 120Hz refresh rate.
The Galaxy F52 5G is powered by the 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage along under the hood. However, you can also expand the storage through an additional microSD card as it features microSD card expansion up to 1TB.
Talking about the most important feature – software system and upgrade support. Unsurprisingly, the Galaxy F52 5G handset comes with the last year’s Android 11 operating system on top of Samsung’s latest One UI 3.1 software system. It’s eligible for upgrades up to Android 13 and new security patches for four years.
Lastly, Samsung has not yet disclosed its plan for the launch of the Galaxy F52 5G outside China, but it could happen very soon. In the India, this mid-range 5G smartphone will be sold through Flipkart. We will keep you posted on this matter, till then… stay tuned with us!
