Samsung Smart TVs getting a white line while using the HBO Max
According to various reports, users of Samsung Smart TVs are getting a white line while using the HBO Max app. However, the actual cause of this issue is not clear yet but the problem seems to be with the HBO Max not with the smart TVs.
The issue appears to be widespread as a lot of users have been reporting this to online platforms like Twitter and Reddit. Therefore, the official HBO Max Help Twitter handle acknowledged the white line issue on Samsung TVs earlier in April. However, the service provider has been unable to provide a resolution for the same.
But as per the latest info, HBO has identified the issue and in fact, it has announced to roll out a bug-fixing update scheduled for the coming days. Meanwhile, we don’t know the exact dates of the rollout but looking at the current scenario it will reach Samsung TVs any time.
