WhatsApp redesigning your chat bar, here’s how it looks

Recently, WhatsApp started to release a new update to the Android beta users through Google Play Store. This version carries build number 2.21.9.9 and making its way to select WhatsApp beta members across the globe.

As reported, the Facebook-owned company working on a new chat bar layout for Android users since earlier this year. However, the new changes were limited to WhatsApp developers only, but it looks like the company started public beta testing of this revision.

According to the info, after updating WhatsApp to v2.21.9.9 beta, users are receiving the activation from the server for a redesigned chat bar while writing media caption. As per the screenshot shared by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp has totally revamped the chat bar, which is quite identical to WhatsApp for iOS.

It could soon be available for multiple WhatsApp beta versions including v2.21.9.6, v2.21.9.7, v2.21.9.8, while v2.21.9.9 users have got this feature or will get it any time.

Previous report reveals that a new feature is under development, which will let WhatsApp users a rapidly disappearing messages setting. When enabled, all the received and sent messages will be disappeared (cleaned/removed) from the chat after 24 hours.
