Recently, a Facebook page encountered thousands of complaints claiming that Samsung delivered defective refrigerators to consumers in recent months. Moreover, the issues that were faced were related to freezing in various compartments of the fridge.

One of the consumers claimed that the company didn’t admit the issue as she already got 5 service repairs, but the problem still the same. However, she also revealed that the latest repair of the fridge fixed the ice machine which is only a part of the issue related to the excessive freezing.

“The refrigerator temperatures range from 30-45 degrees, and the flex door refrigerator temperatures range from 41.5-46 degrees,” said Butler (consumer). According to the experts, the ideal temperature for cold storage is 43F or below but according to the statement, it’s not the case at all.

However, the service provider replaced the control panel and other parts in the Butler’s refrigerator over the last 4 years. The expenses cost her around $2,298.00 for the model that she purchased in 2016. But somehow, she was not satisfied with the service.

After getting frustrated, she joined the ‘Samsung Refrigerator Recall U.S.A Now Facebook page’ and complained about it. Just after few days of her post, she was joined by 1000 other peoples across the country facing the same issues in their refrigerators.
