Back in January 2021, Samsung introduced its new flagship series – Galaxy S21. These devices come pre-installed with the Android 11 and One UI 3.1, which are the truly latest software system to date.

However, these are the most expensive phones from Samsung and also belongs to the flagship segment that’s why they are eligible to get new security updates every month.

Earlier this month, the Galaxy S21 phones have started getting the new security patch and this update is now expanding in the United States. According to the info, Verizon has begun improving the system security of the carrier bounded Samsung Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra phones by installing the April 2021 security patch in the US.

Aside from this, the international unlocked Galaxy S21 got the April 2021 security update along with some camera improvements. Moreover, the update allowed users to use the regular camera to capture portraits that were restricted by the company previously.

If you haven’t received the latest software on your device via OTA then you can also check for the update manually by navigating to device Settings > Software updates > then click on Download and install.
