WhatsApp could soon get a ‘customer support’ feature
WhatsApp is the most popular messaging app worldwide, due to its best security features for online messaging so far. However, amid the recent privacy policy changes, it’s getting criticized for sharing user data on its parent social media platform Facebook.
Anyway, it is been reported through the beta client of the app, that WhatsApp developers might be working on a new customer support feature which will soon come on the stable version of WhatsApp.
However, there aren’t many details revealed regarding this function but it could be a big step to provide customer support as this application is used by more than 1 billion people every day.
