With each passing day, the Samsung Galaxy S21 series is coming closer to hit the market. So far, we’ve witnessed information about pre-orders, launch date, CAD renders, teaser, leaked live image, and a bunch of certifications that clearly indicates that the South Korean tech giant is all set to launch the Galaxy S21 series on January 14, next year.

Now, a YouTube channel RandomStuff brought a so-called hands-on video of the upcoming Galaxy S21+ smartphone. In the posted hands-on video, the smartphone operator also performs a benchmark test, and the results are similar to the previous leaks and rumors.

The Geekbench test result shows the device has a model number of SM-G996U that is running on the Android 11 operating system. However, the motherboard has a codename – “luhaina” which clears that the tested device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 SoC. The Galaxy S21+ scored 1115 points in the single-core test and 3326 points in the multicore test.

As we know from the previous leaks, the video also shows a flat display with a punch-hole selfie camera at the center, a triple rear camera setup while the back panel is made of plastic in matte black color.

Samsung Galaxy S21 smartphones are rumored to bring some great hardware and software capabilities such as Snapdragon 888/Exynos 2100 SoC, 5G connectivity, 120Hz display refresh rate, Android 11 based One UI 3.1, and more.

Per the input, the Galaxy S24 comes with a 6.2-inch flat panel. While the front remains untouched, there are notable alterations in the side frames, resulting in a subtly different in-hand experience. The next flagship brings a flat frame design, a departure from the rounded edges seen in previous generations.

Compared to the S23, the upcoming S24 could be slightly taller and less wide, with dimensions approximately 147 x 70.5 x 7.6 mm. Besides, the inclusion of a UWB (Ultra-Wideband) Antenna on the right side of the device is a notable first for Samsung.

On the rear side, the Galaxy S24 5G equips three cameras protruding individually from the frame, accompanied by an LED flash. Probably, the back will flaunt a soft matte finish, enhancing the tactile feel when held in hand along with maintaining continuity with its predecessor.
