In September this year, Google has announced the latest Android 11 OS with several improvements and new features. Following its release, Samsung has also started developing its custom skin One UI 3.0 which is based on Android 11.
With the Galaxy S20 series, Samsung has started a beta testing program in 7 picked countries including the US, South Korea, India, Germany, Poland, UK, and China. After the Galaxy S20 models, the latest flagship Note series flagship smartphones – Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra joined the beta testers family.
Aside from the latest high-end smartphones, Samsung also added the Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 2, and Z Flip devices to test the One UI 3.0 before its public release. Some older phones are also joined the One UI 3.0 beta testers family, like Galaxy S10 and Note 10 series.
Finally, the South Korean tech giant has closed the One UI 3.0 beta testing program for the Galaxy S20 series and started the public rollout of the Android 11 based One UI 3.0. The first stable build spotted in the US for Verizon bound Galaxy S20 models. Following this, now the stable One UI 3.0 is continuously rolling in different regions across the globe.
