Galaxy M21 receives One UI 2.5 update with new features
The flagship Galaxy devices have already received the One UI 2.5 update and now the company is sending this update for its budget smartphone starting with the Galaxy M series.
Currently, this update is rolling out for the Galaxy M21 smartphones along with the October 2020 security patch.
This latest firmware for Galaxy M21 comes with the software version M215FXXU2ATJ5. It brings the October 2020 security patch along with new features for messages, and Samsung keyboard.

According to the release note, a new feature is added to the Samsung keyboard that supports the split keyboard on landscape mode. The messages now allow users to send SOS location-sharing messages every 30 minutes for 24 hours. It also improves the quality and stability of the camera.
To check for the update on your device go to Settings > Software Update > then click on Download and install.
