Offline Find My Mobile feature now rolling out for more Samsung smartphones

Finally, Samsung has released a new update for its Find My Mobile app, the app is updated to a version number of 7.2.07.19. The update allows users outside the U.S. to use the most important Find My Mobile feature without an internet connection.

The latest information coming from GalaxyClub that the offline function for Find My Mobile is now available widely for Galaxy users after updating the app. But your device needs to be running on Android 10 to start using the latest feature. Previously, the Offline Search function was limited to the users of the U.S. and later the company started bringing this feature to Europe.

This service gives you access to the location of your device, even when it’s offline. You can also back up its data to Samsung Cloud, block access to Samsung Pay, and even control it remotely, all on the Find My Mobile website. Moreover, You can also find your Galaxy Buds or Watch, search for it via the phone to which it was last connected.

How to start using ‘Find My Mobile’ offline

  • Just open the Galaxy Store app on your phone
  • Search for Find My Mobile app
  • Update it if the latest version available

Steps to enable Find My Mobile offline:

One UI 2.X

Got to settings > Security > Find My Mobile > Tap on Offline Finding

One UI 3.X

Settings > Biometrics and security > Find My Mobile > Tap on Offline Finding
