Samsung Health app added new invite feature in Together Tab with the new update

Samsung Health provides core features to keep up your body fit and healthy. It will record and analyze your daily activities and habits to help maintain a successful diet and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Recently, the Samsung Health app update to version 6.12.1.001 and added a new invite feature in the Together Tab. This update also fixes various bugs and applies important improvements.

As with most activities, it can be more fun when you do it with someone else. Well, you’ll never exercise alone with Samsung Health. Together features let you challenge your friends to walk competitions.

Also, you can join Global challenges and participate in different workout contests with people all over the world. With the Together feature in Samsung Health, you can join in on the action.

Set up the Together feature

Before you can start having fun with your gym buddies, you will need to set up the Together feature.

  • Open Samsung Health.
  • Tap the Together tab.
  • Tap Start and allow permissions.
  • Once it’s all set up, you can add friends by finding them through the Friends page.

Add or invite friends to Samsung Health

As long as you’ve set up Together, you can add friends whether they are hardcore Samsung Health users or have never even used it.

Add friends who use Samsung Health

  • Open the Samsung Health app.
  • Tap the Together tab.
  • Tap Friends, and then select your desired method to add a friend: ID, QR code, or Recommended.

-ID lets you search for friends using their Samsung account. QR code lets you add a friend by scanning their Samsung Health QR code. Recommended shows people in your contacts that are using Samsung Health.

-Once you’ve chosen a method, follow the on-screen prompts to add a friend.

Invite friends who don’t use Samsung Health

  • Navigate to and open Samsung Health.
  • Then tap the Together tab.
  • Tap Friends, and then tap More Options on the Friends screen.
  • Tap Invite friends and then tap Share.
  • You can send the link to them through text or social media.

Note: If they do have Samsung Health downloaded, the link will open the app and take them to the Together tab. If they don’t have the app installed, the link will send them to the Samsung Health page on Play Store or the App Store.

Samsung rolling out the Good Lock April 2024 update through the Galaxy Store. The release brings functional improvements and bug fixes to Samsung’s One UI customization suite.

The update’s changelog mentions improvement for the “Update all” function. Bug fixes are also included which should improve the customization experience. Hence, Galaxy users are advised to install the latest version as soon as they receive it via the Galaxy Store.

Good Lock’s latest update comes as a fresh release over the last that happened in late January. The application hasn’t received any new updates in February and March. This makes the April release a significant update in terms of bringing improvements.
