T-Mobile releases September 2020 security patch to the Galaxy Note 9
Recently Samsung rolled out September 2020 security patch to its Galaxy Note 20 unlocked series in the US.
Now the company has pushed September 2020 security patch update to Galaxy Note 9 users.
The update is currently available in Germany.
The latest September 2020 patch update comes with the build number N960FXXS6ETHB for Galaxy Note 9 T-Mobile. The update is available OTA (over the air) now in the DBT region (Germany). The company has already updated the Exynos-powered international variant of Galaxy Note9 with the September 2020 patch.

Apart from the security patch, the latest software update doesn’t bring any other features. You can also expect a few minor bug fixes.

Notably, the September 2024 security patch addresses 1 critical and 43 high levels of CVEs for the Android operating system. Also, Samsung offers 23 SVE items related to My Files, Theme Center, One UI Home, Knox, Dex, and more. Beyond security enhancements, the update delivers performance improvements and stability-boosting fixes.
Users of the Samsung Galaxy A35 smartphone can easily check and install the update via a few easy steps. Navigate to Settings >> Open the Software Update section from the menu >> Click on the Download and Install option to initiate the update process. If the update is available, proceed to install it.

October 2024 security update is rolling out with some important fixes from Google and Samsung. Google has patched 2 critical and 28 high-level issues, 1 was already resolved and 2 don’t apply to Galaxy devices.
On Samsung’s end, there are 12 fixes for vulnerabilities in system services and Knox. In addition, Samsung Semiconductor also added a fix to improve performance. Overall, the update enhances the security of the device for better protection.
Users of Samsung Galaxy A54 smartphones are getting an October 2024 security update in Europe and the company will soon make it available in other countries. The installation package size of this update is around 277MB.

Samsung has released a new update for the Gallery app, now available on the Galaxy Store with version 15.5.01.5. The update brings improvements to the app’s performance along with some fixes for issues users experienced in the previous version.
After updating to One UI 6.1.1, many Samsung users were facing issues with the Gallery album feature. When users tried to open specific photos in the Gallery app, the album would disappear and their photos would not be visible. Instead of the photos appearing, the album itself disappeared
Samsung acknowledged the issue and promised to fix it in a future update. Now, with the release of this new Gallery app update, it is expected that the album visibility problem will be resolved.
While the update’s changelog does not provide specific details about which bugs have been fixed, it is widely expected that the disappearing album bug will be addressed.
