Samsung starts firmware development of the Galaxy S21

After launching flagship devices for 2020, Samsung is now working towards to get attention to the Galaxy S21. The South Korean firm has started firmware development for its next Galaxy S series flagship for all of the major carriers of the United States. The firmware should be based on Android 11 with expected One Ui 3.1 because the S20 series launched with One UI 2.1.

Samsung is working on firmware for 5G enabled Galaxy S21 models – SM-G991U, SM-G996U, and SM-G998U, which are expected Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra. The company will provide three major Android OS updates for flagship phones because consumers are keeping their phones longer.
